What BollyAI Thinks
Season 2 takes the systemic critique from Season 1 and runs it up the chain of command. Where Season 1 zoomed in on individual victims, Season 2 asks who in the hierarchy benefits from looking away - and gives the answer unsparingly. The 100% RT maintained is earned; critics flagged it as more tonally controlled than the first run. The action sequences land harder because the show has spent two years making clear what is actually at stake. The emotional beats hit less reliably than Season 1, partly because the character work makes room for institutional architecture. Still the best drama about mandatory military service in any language.

The Room
“Season 2 broadens the lens, implicating command structures rather than just bad apples, and the show is stronger for the ambition.”
Rotten Tomatoes (critics consensus)
Season Over Season
More ambitious in scope than Season 1, sacrificing some of the first run's intimate case-by-case devastation for a wider systemic indictment.
